No advocate-client relationship
Visiting this website, reading it, sending a message, submitting a form or speaking to us on the telephone does not create an advocate-client relationship. That relationship begins only when we confirm in writing that we will act for you, and it covers only the work described in that engagement.
Keep your first message short
Please leave out privileged or confidential detail until we have told you we can act. We cannot promise that details sent before engagement are treated as confidential in the way that details shared with a client are.
Where we act
Our work is under Indian law. Each practice area page lists the places where we act. Where a page says “on request”, we decide whether to act after looking at the matter. We do not advise on the law of any other country.
