Emails and documents from MirvoLegal may contain privileged and confidential information meant only for the person they are addressed to. If one reaches you by mistake, please tell us at info@mirvolegal.com, do not copy or forward it, and delete it.
This website is not a secure channel
The website forms and ordinary email are not a secure way to send privileged documents. The two forms on this site do not accept attachments. We exchange documents only after we have agreed to act, through a secure channel that we control.
Conflict checks
When you submit a corporate case brief, we use the names of the parties to check for conflicts of interest. We use them for nothing else.
Clients outside India
Before any detail of a matter is shared, we sign a non-disclosure agreement. We then meet remotely, for example on Zoom or Google Meet. After the engagement is agreed in writing, we send an invoice that can be paid by PayPal. This website does not take payments.
